We sell private limited companies registered in Latvia (SIA); we also provide assistance with founding an SIA. We sell new and older turnkey companies. We also sell companies already registered as value added tax payers.
A shareholder of an SIA can be a natural person or also a legal person registered in any country (e.g. an Estonian business association). Minimum requirement is shareholder and one Management Board Member.
The turnkey company package includes formalising the transaction in an Estonian notary’s office, state fees for changing the company data (Management Board, address, articles of association and optionally a name change), forwarding of all documents to the Latvian Commercial Register, and a bank account in a Latvian bank.
